This was such a fun listen! I love a good mystery, and combining that with a road trip in a campervan was a brilliant touch. It really breaks away from the usual static small-town settings and keeps things moving. Honestly, it kind of made me want to pack up a van and just hit the road (hopefully with less murder involved, though!).
Since I grabbed this was audiobook, I have to shout out the narration. A bad narrator can completely ruin a good book, but the performance here was spot on. They really brought the main characters to life, and the chemistry and witty banter between the amateur sleuths felt incredibly natural. It was the perfect company while I was out and about, and I genuinely found myself rooting for them as they stumbled their way through the clues.
